AlertSite ASTM

In addition to DéjàClick, AlertSite® offers a second business transaction monitor, ASTM, that is designed to work with Microsoft's Internet Explorer. The ASTM Recorder comes with a scripting language that allows you, together with AlertSite performance advisors, to write scripts for monitoring specific business transactions.

Creating Scripts Made Simple

The ASTM Recorder enables you to step through any Web-based application in Internet Explorer and create scripts by entering text, clicking links and pressing buttons–just as an end-user would. After completion, scripts can be revised to target transactions you wish to monitor.

Scripts are uploaded to your AlertSite account and installed on our global monitoring network to play back the desired transaction at 5-, 15- or 30-minute intervals. Reports become available to you immediately on the AlertSite Monitoring Console.
